These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the habee platform, including all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activities. By accessing habee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. 18+ only.
1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the habee platform, accessible at habee.app, including all associated sub-pages, features, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and payment services. By accessing any part of the habee platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
habee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall take precedence. habee operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).
habee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While habee makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions. habee shall not be liable for any loss arising directly from scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseeable technical failures.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use the habee platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are accessing habee voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity in a professional gambling capacity.
- You do not have an existing habee account that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Registering a second account while a self-exclusion or ban is in force is strictly prohibited.
- You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of habee or any of its affiliated companies.
habee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the player journey, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of the relevant account until documentation is received and verified.

3. Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) habee account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances and bonuses.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering a habee account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your habee account credentials, including your username and password. habee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. habee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify habee support immediately via the in-account contact form. habee will act promptly to secure your account, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
habee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all account holders. You may be asked to submit copies of one or more of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport
- Bangladesh driving licence
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., bKash account screenshot)
habee processes all KYC documents in strict confidence in accordance with the habee Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes and are never sold to third parties.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
habee supports a range of BDT-denominated payment methods suited to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion applied to your habee account balance.
4.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. habee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not matching the account holder's verified identity may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 to any supported payment method.
- Processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 45 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours on business days.
- Withdrawal to source: Winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Excess winnings may be withdrawn via any verified payment method on the account.
- KYC requirement: Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require completed identity verification. habee reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
4.3 Failed Transactions
In the event that a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails, habee's support team should be contacted immediately via the in-account contact form. habee will investigate and resolve failed transactions within 24 hours. Funds deducted from a mobile wallet in a failed deposit will be returned to the originating wallet within the timeframe set by the payment provider.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
habee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All habee bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New habee players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility requirements, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry dates are stated clearly in the applicable promotion page. The welcome bonus is available once per customer, household, device, or IP address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your habee account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. - If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, habee reserves the right to forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hedging, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
5.3 Seasonal & Special Promotions
habee regularly runs seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh calendar and major sporting events. These include Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha bonus credits, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) free bets, Victory Day (December 16) special draws, Independence Day (March 26) enhanced odds, BPL and IPL season cashback offers, and T20 World Cup boosted markets. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are time-limited.
5.4 Loyalty Programme
habee operates a tiered loyalty programme. Every ৳1 wagered on qualifying games earns loyalty points that accumulate toward VIP tier upgrades (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). 6. Fair Play Rules & Prohibited Conduct
habee is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the habee platform. Violation of any fair play rule may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent account closure.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and dishonest play: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion: Coordinating play with other habee players to manipulate outcomes in multiplayer games or live casino environments.

- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after using deposited funds to play on habee. Such actions will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
- Minors gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the habee platform by any person under the age of 18.
6.2 Game Integrity

7.1 Self-Exclusion

A self-exclusion can be applied for a minimum period of 6 months, and can be extended to 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanently. 7.2 Closure by habee
habee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Discovery of a duplicate account held by the same individual
- Chargebacks or payment reversals filed against habee
Where an account is closed due to confirmed rule violations, habee reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Balances linked to fraudulent activity or policy violations may be forfeited entirely at habee's discretion.
8. Liability & General Provisions
habee provides its platform as an entertainment service. Gambling involves financial risk and habee cannot guarantee winnings. Players participate entirely at their own risk and should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, habee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. habee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
8.2 Force Majeure
habee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider outages, cyberattacks, or disruptions to the Bangladesh telecommunications infrastructure (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk networks).
8.3 Intellectual Property
All content on the habee platform — including logos, software, graphics, game assets, text, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of habee or its licensed game providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the habee platform without explicit written permission from habee.
8.4 Privacy
habee collects and processes player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the habee platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. habee does not sell personal data to third parties.
8.5 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible.
8.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the habee Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and habee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
